Kwekwe Polytechnic Hostel Accommodation

Important Notice: Hostel space is very limited (240 beds in total, most of which are reserved for Apprentices). Applicants are strongly advised to look for alternative accommodation.

College Accommodation is limited and can only be applied for after full payment of all registration requirements.

NB: Successful applicants for Hostel accommodation shall be notified via email. Payment for accommodation should ONLY be made after receiving a notification of acceptance for hostel accommodation.

Application Requirements

All applicants must provide the following documentation:

Proof of full tuition fees payment (required for all applicants)
Proof of payment for college tracksuit and T-shirt (required for all applicants)
Proof of worksuit payment (if applicable to your program)
Sponsorship documentation (if sponsored by an organization such as Higherlife, Camfed, War Vet Fund, etc.)
Orphan status proof (if applicable)

Accommodation Priority Order

Hostel accommodation is offered according to the following priority order:

Foreign students, Apprentices, and students with disability
Disadvantaged students with requisite proof
Direct Entry students from Engineering, Applied Science, Commerce & ACE programs
