The Applied Sciences Division equips students with the scientific knowledge and hands-on technical skills demanded by industry. Across our departments of Physical Sciences, Biological Sciences and Information Technology, we combine strong theory with practical, laboratory- and workshop-based learning. Our programmes are structured to progress learners from National Certificate through National Diploma to Higher National Diploma, opening pathways into employment and further study while contributing skilled personnel to the mining, food, laboratory and ICT sectors.

Minimum qualifications for admission into the division
Five Ordinary Level passes including Mathematics, English Language and a relevant Science subject.
Applicants must possess the relevant National Certificate for ND, and the relevant National Diploma for HND.
